EMPLOYER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Reach out to our Business Development Team by email, staffing@fulllife.com, for a quote, or to inquire about what services we can provide for you.

  • You will be billed every week for the hours the employees have worked on the agreed upon price. We give our employers the opportunity to approve hours on timecards before they are billed.

  • Full Life provides any necessary training required by the state. This includes CPR/FA, OIS, and Workday. We also have our own in-house trainings that include MAR (Mandatory Abuse Reporting) and BBP (Bloodborne Pathogens). The employees will also take part in your company's specific trainings.

  • Every employee must pass a drug screen and criminal background check before they are hired and placed.

  • If you are not satisfied with an employee, reach out to Full Life and we can handle the employee cancellation process. Follow the communication flow chart provided in the resources section for more information on who to contact.

  • Our goal is to find you a permanent team member. If you would like to hire an employee, you will have the option to roll them over for no fee once they have worked 520 hours. There is of course the option to hire them on before they've finished their 520 hours, and if you felt you would like to keep them as a temporary employee after they've hit 520 hours you are free to do so.
