In 1999, Rachel Bloom (CEO) created Full Life; an organization to support individuals with disabilities in the workplace. Full Life has changed many lives through its programs and has formed many beautiful connections since then.
Fast forward to 2021, Full Life began expanding to help solve the staffing crisis in healthcare. The pandemic created massive holes in employment and Full Life was eager to take on the challenge of filling Direct Care roles across the state of Oregon.
Here at Full Life it is our mission to continue ongoing relationships with our communities. The leadership team is passionate about the connections we have with IDD care facilities around Oregon. Full Life is committed to serving our communities, strengthening healthcare work environments and leading a successful pathway for all potential employees.
